3. Content You Share With Us

3.1 Ownership You retain all rights to any audio, video, or text content you share with us. We use it solely to deliver the requested transcript, subtitle, or summary.

3.2 Your Responsibility You confirm that you own the rights to the content you share, or have permission from the rightful owner, and that it does not contain illegal or harmful material.

3.3 Confidentiality We treat content you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to deliver the service, or if required by law.

4. Payment

4.1 Fees Fees for a project are agreed with you before work begins. Payment terms will be confirmed directly, typically via invoice.

4.2 Refunds Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us if you have concerns about a delivered project.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Deliverables Once paid in full, deliverables (transcripts, subtitles, summaries) produced for your project are yours to use.

5.2 Our Systems All intellectual property in our website, tools, and processes remains owned by MediaTranscribe.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 As Is The Services are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that transcripts or AI-assisted outputs will be error-free, and recommend review before relying on them for critical use.

6.2 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant project.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MediaTranscribe is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
